Help save the lives of children battling cancer by supporting THON. RêVe Dance Company is taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers to raise funds and awareness in the fight against childhood cancer. Since 1977, THON has raised over $204 million for Four Diamonds at Penn State Health Children's Hospital. Throughout our partnership, we have ensured that over 4,800 families have not seen a single medical bill. In addition, the local research that is being done is making a global impact so that one day, we will find a cure. Each February, THON's yearlong efforts and support for the families culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon. By supporting THON, you will be joining a community committed to conquering childhood cancer.
The inspiration behind our name comes from the French verb, “to dream.” Our team is built on the foundations of pushing boundaries, competing, and philanthropy. By incorporating ALL STYLES of dance and unique choreography, we inspire our dancers and audience to always believe beyond their own boundaries. We perform at multiple events on campus including the Homecoming Dance Competition, Homecoming Talent Show and Parade, THON, and THON Showcase.
Rêve Dance Company dedicates its time to raising money for THON so that one day every child diagnosed with Pediatric Cancer will get to celebrate as they beat their battle!
