Growing up is a beautiful thing. Let’s fight for it.
It's time to stand up for all of the little dancers who have been impacted by pediatric cancer! Our Organization, Dance Team (Lionettes), is taking action by uniting with 16,500 student volunteers and over 25,000 alumni supporters in the fight against childhood cancer. Our year-long efforts culminate in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon each February to celebrate our survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and take a stand--all in hopes of one day dancing in celebration of a cure.
THON had played a huge role on our team. Most of our members are involved with commities, fundraisers and organizations on top of the Lionettes. We hold numerous fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for the neverending battle against pediatric cancer. We have also had the honor of being paired with the Ashley Fazekas family for over 10 years. Ashley was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2006 when she was just 1 year old. Through her and her family's strength and determination, along with the four diamonds fund, Ashley was considered CURED on June 14th, 2013! Ashley and her parents Elaine and John continue to fuel our fight to end childhood cancer, so one day we will dance in celebration! Here is a link to learn more about Ashley and her brave fight with ALL: https://www.fourdiamonds.org/how-we-help/40-faces-of-40-years/ashley-fazekas-family/
We have also recently had the opportunity to be paired with another four diamonds family, the Shiloh Crimmel family. Shiloh is only two years old and has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, similar to Ashley. She has just entered an intensive wave of treatments so our entire team is behind the Crimmels during this incredibly tough time.

We work year-round to provide both financial and emotional support for our families, ensuring that they never have to face cancer alone. Any single donation or simply a share of our donation page is appreciated and has the potential to change someone's life.
